Description of the Service

Findasitter.co.uk is an online directory for individuals to find babysitters who are available in their area and to register as babysitters in their area.  It allows babysitters to create a profile and parents to search these profiles to find individuals who may be suitable to babysit for their family.  It allows parents to post a specific babysitting job.

The Provision of the Service

Findasitter.co.uk allows each user to register and search for babysitting jobs/babysitters who are available within a specified radius of their postcode. 
Findasitter charges an annual subscription to parents.  Babysitters must provide accurate, current and complete information when completing their profile.
Each user grants Findasitter.co.uk the right to disclose to third parties certain aggregate information provided by the user.  Findasitter will not disclose to any third party your e-mail address.

Use of the Service

Each user’s right to use the service is personal to that user and no user may resell or make any commercial or business use of the service.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. In particular no user should abuse the service or use it for any illegal purpose. The definition of what constitutes abuse is at the sole discretion of findasitter.co.uk

Company’s Liability

Findasitter.co.uk is only a directory resource.  It does not screen or censor the profiles created nor the job postings and is not involved in the transaction between candidates and employers. As a result, Findasitter.co.uk has no control over the safety, security, accuracy or legality of the positions advertised and information provided. Findasitter.co.uk therefore cannot be held liable for any resulting loss.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Findasitter.co.uk does not warrant that the service will meet any particular requirements of the user or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Findasitter.co.uk does not give any warranty in respect of goods or services purchased or obtained through the service or any transactions entered into through the service.

Limitation of Liability

Each user agrees that he or she uses the service at their own risk. Findasitter.co.uk cannot accept any liability either in contract, tort or otherwise for any direct, indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

Use of the Service

Each user’s right to use the service is personal to that user and no user may resell or make any commercial or business use of the service. 
As a babysitter user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of your posting.  When you post your profile you must not include any personal contact details.  All initial contact between parents and babysitters to be through the secure website.  Any breaches of this such as the posting of telephone numbers or email addresses will result in the removal of that user's profile.  Repeated postings with contact details will result in the babysitter user being banned from use of the directory.

In particular no user should abuse the service or use it for any illegal purpose. The definition of what constitutes abuse is at the sole discretion of findasitter.co.uk

General

Findasitter.co.uk reserves the right to use, decline, reject or revise anything that is sent to us via the site, via e-mail or in writing via the post.
We reserve the right to bar any person or organisation from using Findasitter.co.uk if it is found that they have been using the site improperly.  If any person discovers offensive or improper information displayed on the site, contact us immediately at info@findasitter.co.uk
Definitions
 “Parent” includes parents/guardians of children
“Profile” means self-generated information supplied solely by the User
“Sitter(s)” includes babysitters
Subscription Fee” means the payment of a fee for initial access or continual access to the Directory
“The website” means findasitter.co.uk
“User name” means the user name you create on the Site to access your findasitter.co.uk account;

“You” or “User” means any individual or entity accessing the Site
”Your Information” means any information you provide in your profile, to other users in the negotiation or listing process, in any public message area on the Site, through any email feature or traditional email.
“Findasitter.co.uk” means Sally Anfilogoff trading as Findasitter.co.uk
